Xperia Z4v has been revealed as an exclusive handset from Verizon Wireless with few feature upgrades over and above the Z3+ or Z4 (Japanese Version). Unlike Z3+, it has 5.2inch WQHD display a distinct upgrade from 1080p. Also the Z4v will have a PMA wireless charging support with built-in-Qi.

Xperia Z4v has marginally better battery with 3000mAh power. Apart from these features upgrade, there are some visual upgrades also with Verizon logo replacing the Sony logo and forcing it to move to another position. Front snapper and sensor have also interchanged their places to make the product more aesthetic. Xperia Z4v is slightly thicker with 1.7mm and little heavy than its counterparts by 18grams.

Like Z3+ and Z4 it houses a Snapdragon 810 chipset with 3GB of RAM and 32GB native storage. There is a whooping 20.7MP main camera with a 5.1MP front-facing snapper. Z4v still holds IP65 and IP68 ratings for water and dust protection and the Triluminos display technology and X-Reality engine for extra contrast screen. Like Z3v which was introduced only as Verizon exclusive, this time the exclusivity comes with multi feature upgrade over the recent release.

It looks like Verizon and Sony are loving their association will continue to have such exclusive products for their users in times to come. Xperia Z4v will be available in Black and White color options this season. Currently, no information is available about the pricing but we will let you know as soon as possible, till then keep visiting MobiPicker.
