There is a probability that ‘Red Dead Redemption 2’ will be released in spring 2018. The upcoming game is already one of the most talked about video games of the year as its trailer received 13 million views on YouTube. Whereas, the original version (or the first game) received 1.2 million views.

‘Red Dead Redemption 2’ may have a PC platform, this is what recently revealed by Take-Two Interactive Software’s CEO Strauss Zelnick. They are quite interested in it but this does not mean he has given any confirmation that it will be released on PC. The first game was exclusive to consoles and was updated for PC. However, since Rockstar Studios’ other games like Grand Theft Auto 4 and 5 had PC releases and eventually done very well, there is a probability that this highly-anticipated adventure game will have the similar release, Gaming Bolt published.

Even the President of Take-Two Interactive Software, Karl Slatoff hinted that PC games are quite exciting and very important these days. However, don’t take it like Karl had confirmed that the second installment will be available on PC.

“These are consumers who are highly engaged. It’s a predominantly digital market, which also removes friction in terms of ongoing engagement with the consumer. So for us, the PC market as a company is very important, very exciting, and something we focus on,” Karl said, as reported by GameSpot.

‘Red Dead Redemption 2’ was nominated in 2016 for the category Most Anticipated Game for The Game Award 2016. Fans believe its launch will bring a plenty of accolades. Stay connected with Mobi Picker to get latest updates on the video games.
