Yuri on Ice episode 8 was released a few days ago, meaning that fans are now eagerly waiting for the next episode to arrive. In the previous episode, a tragedy happened, because of which Yuri is expected to lose his confident in the next round.
Here is a short recap of Yuri on Ice episode 8, along with what is expected to happen in episode 9.
Yuri On Ice Episode 8 Recap
In Yuri on Ice episode 8, Viktor’s dog was admitted into a hospital because he ate something. This made Viktor worried as he loved his dog a lot. Upon seeing his condition, Yuri suggested him to go back to Japan and be there for his dog. After seeing that Yuri was okay with him leaving, he decided to head back to Japan. However, he left Yuri under Yakov’s care and made him his coach for one day.
The main problem here was that Yakov is also the coach of Yuri’s biggest rival, Yuri Plisetsky, Yuri Plisetsky is already trying his best to win against Yuri, and he will now try even harder to beat him so he can prove it to Yakov that he is better. Yakov becoming the coach of Yuri for one day will have a big effect on Yuri Plisetsky’s next performance. Maybe he will get too jealous and will lose the second round, or he might even get motivated and gain confidence because of this. Whatever the case is, it will be without any doubt, interesting to see how Yuri Plisetsky will manage to take Yuri’s place.
Yuri To Lose His Confidence In Yuri On Ice Episode 9
Along with this, it is said that Yuri will lose his confidence in the next episode. As Viktor is out of the picture for some time, Yuri will go back into his previous state of being a worried boy. To make things worse, Yuri Plisetsky is now very close to him, and this will make him even more worried. Yuri is also expected to make some mistakes during warm up, which will make him even more tensed. He will worry that his “Eros” won’t be as good as Yuri Plisetsky’s “Agape.” So fans can definitely expect to see some serious drama in Yuri on Ice episode 9.
