Xur: Agent of the Nine is a vendor in Destiny who sells Legendary and Exotic items for Strange Coins and Motes of Light. He only appears in the Tower on the weekends (specifically between 1AM PST (4AM EST) on Friday to 1AM PST (4AM EST) on Sunday), and his location can change each week, sometimes making it difficult to track him down.

Last week, Xur, Agent of the Nine was at the Tower near the hanger selling Rise of Iron exotic armor and exotic weapons. Xur had the Patience and Time Sniper Rifle, Immolation Fists (Titan), Crest of Alpha Lupi (Hunter) and Voidfang Vestments (warlock). Destiny Xur Agent of the Nine is also a strange coin vendor.
Patience and Time need some kind of rework, like changing it to the max impact archetype, or Keen Scout target marking while ADS (which would fit its grimoire card description much better than Third Eye). It hasn’t been worth using since better-rolled, higher-impact LDRs and Longbows first became available in year 1.
Xur, Agent of the Nine is at the Tower near the Crucible Quartermaster selling Rise of Iron exotic armor and exotic weapons. Xur has the Fourth Horseman exotic shotgun, Peregrine Greaves (Titan), Crest of Alpha Lupi (Hunter) and Voiding Vestments (warlock).
