The Chinese global consumer electronics brand TCL has launched two new TVs in the Indian market. The TCL 49-inch P1 Smart TV come at Rs 31,990 as a special launch offer, while the 49-inch full-HD D2900 series is priced at Rs 27,990. The new televisions are exclusively available on Amazon India.

UHD TVs represent our singular focus on innovation that matters most to consumers, by providing the very best picture quality for the home,” said Praveen Valecha, Regional Director, TCL India in a statement.
The TCL 49-inch P1 Smart TV sports a full-HD display. With its ultra-thin bezel, the TV fits more screen into less space. It is powered by a 1GHz Quad Core A7 processor with Neon. It is supported by 4GB internal storage and 768MB RAM. The new TV comes with has GoLive, which is a global live HD online cloud service provider. It offers short buffering times with real-time updates.
The TCL 49-inch P1 Smart TV comes with built-in Wi-Fi and app store. It uses ASIC system adopted by TCL. There is also a TCL nScreen application that allows you to use your smartphone or tablet as a remote control.
The 49-inch D2900 series also sports a slim body design. It features full HD display resolution with a 60 Hz refresh rate and dual-band Wi-Fi. It comes with Dynamic Picture Enhancement [that offers even skin tone] and Dynamic Contrast [offers a perfect balance between bright and dark areas].
The TCL 49 inch FHD D2900 series TV claims to offer 2 times the clarity of standard HD TVs. It features latest Panel technology that supports wide viewing angle up to 178 degrees in both Horizontal and Vertical direction. It is powered by an MT56B1 processor and supports MP3, WMA, Dolby AC3 along with MPEG2, MPEG4 (H.264) Video Coding.
Both TVs comes equipped with features such as integrated Bluetooth, 2 USB ports, and 3 HDMI ports as connectivity options.
