After the DLC was released there was a lot of furor from the community. It was mostly regarding bugs, glitches, balancing and overall thoughts about the new expansion. Both good and bad. The developers have since then responded to a couple of requests from the community which we will go over in detail here. In other news, Star Wars Battlefront Death Star double xp weekend has ended but there’s more to come.

Star Wars Battlefront Death Star double XP weekend
Make sure you play and level up to the absolute max while you have the chance. Now that’s out of the way, let’s get to some actual news.
As many of you know, there’s a lot of complaining of a lot of flying in the game. A lot of people were complaining before that there aren’t many space battles. However, now that the new DLC adds them, people are complaining there’s just too many of them. We actually understand the issue here since we would like to play a lot of the infantry part as well.
We don’t think it’s a great idea to force people to fly around in the game. The developer addressed all of this in a tweet. Basically, what he said was that people were complaining there was too much filler game mode. People wanted to play Sabotage more. This was patched. So, you played two rounds of Sabotage and one round of another mode.
Developers wanted people to expect the same thing in Star Wars Battlefront Death Star. So, they applied the same type of rotation there. But now people want the rotation of how Bespin was in the start instead. We can understand this, though. Because the main issue isn’t that people don’t like the new game mode. It’s more about the fact that the playlist contains a lot of flying and less infantry gameplay.
The developers also said they might add a new game mode like Droid Run. That’s all for today. Stay tuned to MobiPicker for more Star Wars Battlefront Death Star news and updates.
