‘Shameless’ Season 8 To Focus on Gallagher Family Love Life
Spoilers for the upcoming season suggest that more focus will be on the love lives of the Gallagher family. In the last season, the love lives of all the family members were in mess. Although Fiona was speculated to be hooking up with a financial advisor, the new addition of Jessica Szhor has led to a speculation that Fiona will take a lesbian lover in “Shameless” Season 8 reports Inquisitr.
Another important twist would be the love life of Lip who until now never had a steady lover. He has been moving from one girl to the other all through the series. However, Mandy may be the one who will become his steady girlfriend but it is not clear whether she will be a part of the new season.
Viewers saw Mandy in a short cameo in “Shameless” Season 7. So, although the reunion is speculated, it is not confirmed yet.
However, one thing that is sure to be heading towards a shamble is the relationship between Debbie and Neil and Derek’s association with them. One of the Gallagher sisters, Debbie is right now in a steady relationship with Neil and is raising her baby with him. However, the child has been fathered by Derek whose family is trying to get hold of the baby, Franny.
There is a strong possibility that Derek may suddenly pop up and create trouble between Debbie and Neil in “Shameless” Season 8.
Who Will Ian Choose- Trevor Or Mickey?
The last episode of Season 7 showed that Mickey reunites with Ian after fleeing from the prison. The couple heads towards Mexico and is planning to settle there. However, it would be difficult for Ian to take this decision as he has found a new love in his transgender boyfriend Trevor and also a good career as a paramedic.
It would be interesting to see what Ian decides in “Shameless” Season 8.
