Galaxy S8 massive leak reveals 25 new features
The German website WinFuture has listed a vast majority of specs the Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8 Plus are likely to come with.
Processor and RAM
Both Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8 Plus will sport Samsung’s very own Exynos 8895 chip. However, China, Japan, and US variants are likely to come with Qualcomm’s state-of-the-art, top-of-the-line Snapdragon 835. Also, both phones will sport 4GB RAM.
Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8 Plus will come with an upgraded 8MP secondary camera while the primary cameras are likely to remain at 12MP.
Design and Displays
Galaxy S8 is likely to come with the 5.8-inch display while the Galaxy S8 Plus will have a huge 6.2-inch display. Galaxy S8 will measure 48.9 x 68.1 x 8.0mm. However, Samsung may ship both the devices with 1080p as the default resolution in order to save battery life. And perhaps the best part about the displays is the use of Curved OLED for the very fist time in Galaxy S models.
Both Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8 Plus will come with the fingerprint scanner that supports gesture recognition, with the added feature of programmable gestures to launch apps. Both phones are expected to come with iris scanner to enhance security.
Storage and connectivity

USB Type-C, which is now becoming the mainstream, will be seen on both smartphones. Unlike Apple, which decided to do away with the classic earphone jack, the 3.5mm jack will continue to remain on Samsung smartphones.
Galaxy S8 is likely to be fueled by 3000mAh battery while Galaxy S8 Plus will be fueled by 3500mAh battery. Both smartphones will support faster wireless charging technology.
