Overwatch PTR had a huge buff to DVA Torb and more as well as a nerf to Ana & Mei. These patch notes are crazy and it will be interesting to see which ones make it to the final release. Overwatch PTR Patch Notes include changes currently available for testing on the PTR. While many of these changes will also be available on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One in a future patch, the PTR is PC-only and therefore will only reflect changes coming specifically to that platform.
