OPPO has confirmed the launch of Oppo F3 and Oppo F3 Plus in an official message today. Both the smartphones will feature dual-camera setup on the front for selfie lovers. The official unveiling will take place on March 23, before going on sale in five Asian markets – India, Indonesia, Myanmar, Philippines, and Vietnam.
To no one’s surprise, the company is calling the new smartphones as “Selfie Expert”. Both, OPPO F3 and F3 Plus will feature 16 MP + 8 MP front cameras. The company has been on a role as far as the Selfie game is concerned. After launching the Vivo V5 Plus with 20MP front facing shooter and an additional 8MP cam for depth sensing, OPPO F3 series will be the second selfie-focused release for 2017.

As far as other specifications are concerned, OPPO F3 Plus is expected to feature a 6-Inch screen with Full HD resolution and Snapdragon 653, coupled with 4 GB RAM and 64 GB internal storage. Camera department of the F3 Plus will comprise of 16 MP rear shooter and a 16 MP + 8 MP pair on the front. All this will be powered by a 4000 mAh battery, with weight tipping the scale at 185 grams. No information regarding the specs is available for the shorter sibling, F3, as of now.
Just as mentioned above, the smartphones will go on sale in the five key markets for the Chinese company – Philippines, Myanmar, Vietnam, Indonesia, and India after the launch. As for the pricing is concerned, details will be disclosed on the launch day.
