The Microsoft Lumia 640 and Lumia 640 XL were on pre-order in the UK since mid of March. Now the Lumia 640 is accessible in stores and the larger version Lumia 640 XL will be available in the end of this month.
Nokia Lumia 640 is available at EE, Vodafone, Amazon, Three, Tesco, O2, Virgin, and Carphone Warehouse. In terms of pricing, it starts at £100 with a £15.50 monthly plan on a contract and £144 for sans-contract for the LTE model.
The Lumia 640 will be available in Orange plus matte black and Glossy cyan. The Glossy white model is exclusive to Carphone Warehouse.
The larger Nokia Lumia 640 XL will be accessible in orange, glossy white, matte cyan, black and white. The SIM-free model will be available from a number of retailers priced at £220.
The Lumia 640 as well as Lumia 640 XL runs Windows 8 and planned upgrade to Windows 10 later this year.
