The delivery of the Meizu PRO 5 and MX5 shall be delayed due to unavoidable circumstances at the Meizu factory as reported by Mobile-Dad. This comes as a harrowing incident for all customers. The device was open for pre-orders till mid-October but the shipment could well extend till November. The unfortunate flooding at the Guangdong factory, due to a heavy storm has caused collateral damage and delayed deliveries. But the company is in full throttle to carry out a quicker delivery.

These were the flagship devices from Meizu and were indeed the most powerful till date. It could be a healthy competition for any smartphone of the world. The PRO 5 was available for pre-orders in two variants, one being 3GB of RAM/32 GB hard-disk drive and the second being 4GB of RAM/64 GB hard-disk drive. The cheaper model is available for 2,800 Yuan ($439) in China whereas the higher version goes at 3,100 Yuan ($490). In comparison to the features, it is quite well-priced.
