Lenovo has starting sending out invites for its event in Mumbai, India on April 7. On the basis of invite, it is anticipated that the company is going to launch its Lenovo A7000 in India, which was unveiled at MWC this year.
The invitation has a photo of a Dolby Atmos theatre with the words “Save the Date, 7 April 2015.” That is accompanied by the Lenovo and Dolby Atmos emblems. As it’s just one of the very first smartphones to boast Dolby Atmos sound technology, this confirms the start plans for the A7000.
Lenovo A7000 is powered by an octa-core MediaTek MT6752 chipset, paired with 2GB of RAM. It sports a 5.5″ 720p screen, and features 8 MP rear and 5 MP front camera. The smartphone runs Android 5.0 Lollipop and packs a 2,900 mAh battery.
