Legend of Zelda Breath of the Wild Release Date – Amiibo is set to release on march 4, 2017

This is an interesting development. It could simply be a placeholder. But even then, this means the game will release around the beginning of March. Either the game will release on the same day as the Amiibo figures or a day before that. So, we advise you mark your calendars for that day.

This also creates speculation regarding the game’s NX release. Could this mean the game will release on Nintendo’s upcoming console as well. And what about a Wii U release? Will both the NX and Wii U versions launch on the same day? Nintendo has yet to respond to these leaks so we can only speculate at the moment.

It’s important to note that March 4, 2017, is a Saturday, and the vast majority of Amiibo figures have debuted on Fridays. Saturday is also an irregular day for a game launch, though Nintendo’s Wii U did release on November 18, a Sunday, alongside many games.

Nintendo NX is scheduled to launch in March of next year. This is the same time we expect Legend of Zelda Breath of the Wild to release too. These leaks further cement the rumors which placed the game’s release date around the beginning of March of next year.

The Legend of Zelda Breath of the Wild is an upcoming action-adventure video game under development by Nintendo for the Wii U and the company’s upcoming platform, codenamed “NX”.
