LeEco has launched the Le Pro 3 smartphone in China. The device sports a 5.5-inches 1080p display and is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 821 SoC coupled with 6GB of RAM. Let’s check out the specifications of the LeEco Le Pro3 in detail.
LeEco Le Pro 3 Specifications and Features: The LeEco Le Pro 3 sports a 5.5-inches Full HD (1920 x 1080 pixels) 2.5D curved glass display. It is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 821 SoC clocked at 2.35GHz Quad-Core processor with Adreno 530 GPU. On the base variant, the device packs a 4GB LPDDR4 RAM with 32GB (UFS 2.0) storage and on the high-end model it has 6GB LPDDR4 of RAM and 64GB (UFS 2.0) internal storage.
The device runs on Android 6.0 (Marshmallow) with EUI 5.8. In the camera department, the Le Pro 3 features a 16-megapixel rear camera with Sony IMX298 sensor, dual-tone LED Flash, PDAF, f/2.0 aperture. On the front, there is an 8-megapixel camera, 1.4um pixel size, f/2.2 aperture, 76.5-degree wide-angle lens for selfies and video calls.
It packs a fingerprint sensor and Infrared sensor to control electronic gadgets like A.C, TV and more. The company has yet again ditched the 3.5mm jack for CDLA audio with Dolby Atmos support. Connectivity features on board include 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11ac (2.4/5 GHz) MIMO, Bluetooth 4.2, GPS, USB Type-C, and NFC. A massive 4070mAh battery with Quick Charge 3.0 support is on board.
Pricing and Availability: The LeEco Le Pro3 with 4GB RAM and 32GB storage version is priced at 1799 yuan (US$ 270 / Rs. 18,070 approx.), and the 6GB RAM that has 64GB storage is priced at 1999 yuan (US$ 299 / Rs. 20,080 approx.).
The company has also launched a special Zhang Yimou edition with 4GB RAM is priced at 2499 yuan (US$ 374 / Rs. 25,100 approx.), and 6GB RAM model costs you 2999 yuan (US$ 449 / Rs. 30,129 approx.). The device is already available for order in China, and shipping will start on September 28th.
LeEco Le Pro 3 India Launch Predictions
LeEco Le Pro 3 has got no official dates for the India launch yet. If rumors are to be believed, the phone should hit the Indian markets in December 2016 or early next year. As far as price is concerned, there should not be much difference in the Chinese and Indian price, however, do expect a little hike over the Chinese prices.
