As we all know, many major characters, good and bad, have died over the previous seasons of Game of Thrones. Even the characters who fans thought would never die, met their demise at the start of the show. This is the very reason why fans are currently wondering which characters will have the same fate as them in Game of Thrones season 7. However, it seems that Sansa Stark isn’t going to be one of them.

This happened last Sunday when the actress walked the BAFTA red carpet.

Sansa Stark To Be Alive In Game Of Thrones Season 8

HeyUGuys managed to ask Sophie a few questions regarding her upcoming projects, to which she replied by saying that this year is going to be a busy one for her as she just finished shooting the seventh season of Game of Thrones, and the filming for the next X-Men will now begin. She further stated that she has done a couple of movies before X-Men starts, and she will then move on to the eighth season of Game of Thrones. “We’re about to start shooting the next X-Men, we just finished shooting season seven of Game of Thrones. Then I’ve got a couple of movies to do before X-Men starts and then we go onto season eight. So, I’ve got a busy year lined up” said Sophie while speaking to HeyUGuys.

Now, what Sophie said instantly caught the attention of almost every fan as she kind of confirmed that her character will survive in Game of Thrones season 7 and will make its way to season 8. So Sansa Stark isn’t going to be the one joining the list of dead characters in Game of Thrones season 7. Before this, Massie Williams also confirmed that her character, Arya Stark is going to be in Game of Thrones season 8.
