BLUBOO has released a new video to promote its BLUBOO D1 smartphone. The company has been consistently claiming that it is the most affordable smartphone with dual rear cameras. However, the dual rear camera is not just only feature worth talking about of this phone. The design and durability of the phone are also something that can compel people to buy it. The Chinese manufacturer is offering an “explosion proof” screen protector film that can protect the display of the phone. The new video the screen protector for D1 is so hard that it cannot be broken easily.
At the start of the video, a user can be seen adding the screen protector to the BLUBOO D1. After applying the film, a knife is used to cut an apple on the screen of the phone. The cutting of the fruit continues until the apple is chopped into small pieces. Even though the sharp edge of the knife touches the screen of the BLUBOO D1, there is no harm done to it.
Next, the BLUBOO D1 with its protective screen is used to break 5 chestnuts by hitting them with the screen of the phone. Again, there is no damage done to the display of the D1 phone.

BLUBOO had offered the D1 phone for $69 during the pre-sale period that ended on May 7. Now, it is selling at a higher price of $79.
