  • StarFire

Thanks for the reviews on the caller id apps. I noticed that True Caller app has battery drain issues recently so just an FYI. It also has no options to disable the vibration for calls that come in. I also usually do research on the reviews on Google Play first before I try anything. I have tried a few, and most of them are good for your own contacts, but only as good as their own data list of phone numbers added from users who have received calls and gave info on the number that called. The only way you can get info on unknown numbers is to pay for it or work for the government.

Caller ID apps such as true caller (which is what I have) fishes out everyone’s contact list whom has downloaded it. That’s how u get info from several numbers. Ull see b4 downloading the app, access 2 ur contacts is 1 of the permissions. This is why.
