Google has just released an app update for Gmail on the Android platform. Gmail, the latest release APK, is now available to download. You can get the latest update following the means mentioned later in the post.

It comes with “organized inbox” – Social and promotional messages are sorted into categories so you can read messages from friends and family first. Gmail is pre-loaded on all android smartphones and cannot be uninstalled. There is also the functionality to add multiple accounts like Outlook, Yahoo, and other IMAP/POP email. Users get 15GB of free storage on top of all this.
