The Sony Xperia C series of smartphones are known as “selfie-centric” phones with great front cameras and front-facing flash. Well, if a report by Xperia Blog is to be believed, then we might get a new 6-inch Sony Xperia phone with a front-facing flash very soon.

The Xperia C5 Ultra was the most-recent phone in the C lineup and came with a 6-inch FullHD screen. The newly leaked images (scroll down) are said to be of the next-gen Xperia C5 with a large display. Just  are believed to be the next generation of Xperia C5 with a huge 6-inch display. As seen in the pictures, the new phone gets a flash beside the front camera.

Speculation says that the phone, design-wise, could be a combination of the Xperia C5 Ultra and the Xperia XA. Of course, we can’t yet say whether these images are genuine. However, rumors suggest that Sony is testing is phone, and the device might get a MediaTek processor with dual-SIM card slots.

There were some rumors earlier this year suggesting that the Xperia C lineup might be refreshed at the MWC 2016. Instead, the new Xperia XA lineup was introduced. It is now believed that the new C-series phone will come with Android Marshmallow out of the box. We think that the speculated phone, if released, will come with mid-range specs like most of the C-series phones.
